The aim of effective project management is to achieve set objectives, in a given time scale, within an agreed budget. Scomi Oiltools has developed techniques to realise these goals for our clients’ projects by our Waste Management Programme.

The purpose of this programme is to:

	Identify the waste stream(s), agree on performance indicators; offer best technical solutions and resources, not entailing excessive cost to remediate; and treat the waste in relation to the legislative and/or project specific disposal criteria.
	Agree with our clients on the best methods of safe and healthy operational practice and management controls.
	Report, within a prearranged schedule and format, specified performance data including recommendations for future improvement.

We offer these services as a whole or in parts, as required by our clients.
