Scomi Group Bhd (“Scomi” or “the Group”), is a global service provider in the oil & gas and transport solutions industries.It is a listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia and together with its subsidiary and associate companies, the Group has over 2,000 employees throughout locations in 21 countries.
Scomi was listed on the Second Board (now known as ACE Market) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on 13 May 2003. On 13 May 2014, SGB transferred its listing status to the Main Board (now known as Main Market) of Bursa Securities
Other public listed companies within the Group are Scomi Energy Services Bhd, listed on Bursa Securities, and PT Rig Tenders Indonesia Tbk, which is listed on Jakarta Stock Exchange.
