Hilmy, male, aged 52, Malaysian, first joined Scomi in 2001 and has held various senior management positions within the company from Chief Financial Officer for Scomi Group Bhd, Chief of Group Support Services including Finance, Business Development, Legal & Secretarial, Human Resource/Administration & IT, and Head of Scomi Engineering Bhd. Most recently, he was in charge of Scomi’s oilfield services and monorail projects globally. Hilmy graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy) from The University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.

He has also attended the Advanced Management Programme from Wharton University in 2014
