Scomi ensures where possible all its business units, subsidiaries and joint venture partners are required to maintain certifications to either ISO 9001-2000, ISO 14001 or 18001 depending on process requirements and or Risk identification reviews.

Scomiís 12 Safety Rules

Our mandatory Scomiís 12 Safety Rules reinforce what employees and contractors must know and do to prevent serious injury or fatality: for example, wear seat belts and do not speed or use mobile phones Ė even hands-free Ė while driving. If they break the rules, employees face disciplinary action up to termination of employment, while contractors can be removed from the site and barred from future work with Scomi.
